As I write this, many of the faithful are in the garden shed prayer chapel raising their fervent supplications to the Lord. I would join them, but it is 10.15 pm and I have to prepare for my worship services tomorrow. I was sad to see the locker room hijinks that you felt compelled to place on your blog. The film seemed to be making fun of a brother who was simply trying to prepare the troops for battle.

This is a film? The Old Curmudgeon thought it was actual footage! I apologize. I assumed that God had caused the sprinkler's to go off in order to symbolize the parting of the waters so that the two men having a religious conflict could pass through the cleansing waters of the Spirit to a new life of cooperation and understanding, leaving behind the strife that had dogged them up until this potential delivering moment. It's a film you say? Don't that beat all?

Pray for next year.

The warpath turned into a trail of tears. Still, if there is any silver lining here, I will point out that the Tribe got a few games closer to the Series than the Yankees. And that is still rather satisfying.
